I haven't even finished reading your post, but have one question so far: are the "narratives through state media, like claiming the U.S. created AIDS" really false? I've just finished reading a book by a US author that suggests - or rather, states - that "the US" (meaning, of course, US lackeys of the globalist cabal) did indeed create AIDS, deliberately or inadvertently. It's the only plausible explanation for that epidemic - and much else - that I've ever seen. If anyone outside the US could have known the truth about this, it was the Russians! The book is Dr Mary's Monkey by Edward Haslam (10-year-old interview here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dhB0aFm6MP4 inter alia). Essential reading for anyone seeking the truth about AIDS, polio, cancer epidemics, JFK and much else, as is Judith Vary Baker's book "Lee and Me", which I hope speaks for itself.
It's not the "US" though is it. That's my issue with it. It's the same people that do all harm rather than a whole country and this is the subtle manipulation in statements like this that I was alluding to. Certainly AIDS is an issue I'm my view. Does it even exist? Is it the "treatment" that causes the harm? I don't have the answer but I'm wary of broad statements such as XXX country created it. We see this with "Covid" and China being blamed
Of course it isn't the whole country: that's why I mentioned the lackeys of the globalist cabal. I'm sure the Soviets spread plenty of lies, e.g. exonerating or glorifying Stalin's breathtakingly murderous policies, not to mention Lenin and other predecessors. But Khrushchev ended up as an ally of JFK, jointly aiming for peace - which was another reason for eliminating them both.
As for AIDS, it was the Glaser family case that convinced me that it does exist and really is caused by a pathogen, almost certainly a retrovirus, despite all the talk about terrain and treatments. Another book I'd recommend, if it can be found, is Elizabeth Glaser's "In The Absence of Angels": her shocking account of her and her daughter Ariel's illness in the early 1980s and Ariel's death (followed by Elizabeth's own). Elizabeth was the wife of the Starsky actor Paul Michael Glaser and acquired AIDS - like her hitherto healthy 4-year-old daughter - as a result of a tainted blood transfusion (before screening was introduced) during Ariel's birth. That case, in a wealthy heterosexual family that were not drug addicts or otherwise compromised, has been very thoroughly documented and there can be no other explanation than an infective agent for a healthy 4-year-old's (and her healthy mother's) suddenly falling ill and gradually succumbing to full-blown AIDS. There are, of course, many other less well-known but similar cases. Please see also the research by the late great Professor Luc Montagnier, who died a couple of years ago, very soon after speaking to the Luxembourg parliament, here, during the convid crisis.... he was no longer young, but his death, too, is seen as highly suspicious.
Another impressive article Claire. The BIG problem i see is any 'resistance' particularly in popular 'speaking out' channels is reactive rather than proactive. The perpetrators do one thing and all the popular opposition ever do is react ''this is terrible'' buy me a coffee or come to a protest. Some are even PROUD to say ''i told you this would happen'' Ohk. And so the cycle repeats. I'm actually on the verge of creating 'awake' flags to go with all the others as the space now feels very virtue singalesque lacking any real substance. In my assessment there has not been a single victory since 2020 in stopping the various agendas despite so many 'speaking out.'
Agreed.... up to a point. I too am tired of being asked to sign pointless petitions and attend exciting but forgettable protests. But all is not quite as bleak as you suggest: many US states recently banning geoengineering (chemtrails) and its recognition even by European officialdom, the US administration openly declaring the link between certain vaccines and autism (Dr Wakefield was amazed and delighted - see for example https://childrenshealthdefense.org and https://childrenshealthdefense.eu) and much else that was hidden from the public, and the climate scam being ever more openly questioned even in the MSM are just a few of the signs that people are finally waking up. "They (the perpetrators) will not succeed: they are straw in the wind", as I was told 15 years ago by a highly reputable source.
My clear understanding is that the 'Chinese social credit system' is a myth, and that it has been created by the west to further its own interests and control. Can you provide any evidence of it to persuade me otherwise?
It is why I said if media reports are to be believed. However, some areas that have been visited by people I am in touch with do seem to operate this system to some degree

A friend and I watched the DVD and were both riveted by it - I even photographed the TV screen several times because I could not believe the - totally verifiable - quotes from certain sources in the early 20th century especially. It turns the "history" of the last century on its head (reversal having been a favourite ploy of the manipulators, of course).
Sad, though, that even that brilliant team of filmmakers seems to have been infiltrated at the very end, where a kind of appendix accuses the current US President of being surrounded by "Ashkenazy Jews", strongly implying that he and all 40-odd of them are evil. Not so! Some, perhaps: who knows? But Mr T is well known for keeping both his friends and his enemies close, to be able to tell the difference. Do we know it? Not yet. Here's hoping time will tell.
