yes I agree change will not come from within the system. Our hope was that it might enable people to see how we do not live in a democracy and that more and more refuse to comply with the political charade. On reflection and when trying to promote I think I should refer people to our little website for more detailed info about FPTP.https://sites.google.com/view/vetocracy?usp=sharing Yes you would need to drag me kicking and screaming lol but if I can help in some little way let me know. I follow you on telegram and its great work that you do.

Such supervisory bodies must be staffed by at least 50% people from outside professions. Lawyers must cease to be a law unto themselves; medicine is too important for the oversight to be entrusted to senior medics with agendas. Let logicians, architects, translators, vets, mathematicians and the like be a check and a balance against group think and vested interested.

That is definitely a start, but they must be restricted to professional matters, not conduct. Ever

We agree, I had a conversation with someone on a forum who was confused and disempowered by all of the competing interpretations and misinformation surrounding common law and legislation and secondary legislation.

Without a foundational knowledge of the law as our birthright and what it actually is and how we can invoke its protection then we cannot make sense of any of it.

To avoid duplication and reinventing the wheel then check out what has already been written about this by Marc and Peacekeepers

Although he currently deals with quite complex legal cases, the basic principles still run throughout them

‘Trust in the legal field’

Seriously?! 🫨

And just so that you know that I’m just not mouthing off with an unevidenced opinion, he is a little story for you…

I complained to the BSB about Bent barrister.

One of my complaints was that she failed to uphold her duty to the court to inform the court of all the relevant rules in the case. This point was not contended.

In the assessment of the original complaint Lowri Turner from the BSB stated that the bent barrister owed her primary duty of care to her her client and not the court.

This is in direct contravention of CD1 which is the first core directive of barriers which says that their primary duty is to the court and to the rule of law.

Either Lowri Turner is so stupid that she does not deserve to be in her job at the BSB or she is just as bent.

But it gets worse…

Not content with that I escalate this to an independent reviewer who seemed aptly suited to the role as she had previously dealt with animals.

In the so-called “independent review” the reviewer agreed with the view of Lowri Turner and said that there are no grounds to review the matter further and that the case is closed.

Given the story is it little wonder that no one has any faith whatsoever in the so-called legal profession? ( it took 9 months as well by the way )

Oh and the punchline was that the barrister in question pocketed £7500 costs for 140 pages worth of waffle arguing over a £3000 council tax bill which did not narrow the issues between the parties whatsoever and totally avoided the substantial legal arguments in the case.

Worse still the primary grounds of the case was that judge Inkpad should have recused himself on the grounds that he was in effect sitting in judgement over thousands of his own previous illegitimate council tax rulings but the barrister made no mention of this and allowed the judge to rule in his own cause over whether he could rule in his own cause 🤪

Which in itself breached the recognised test insert matters which is that the issue should be considered from the point of view of a reasonable outside observer.

Obviously to have mentioned this would’ve upset her £7500 cancel tax pay funded payday.

P.s. yes, please do a constitutional law guide and partner with Peacekeepers who have lots of resources on this subject 🙏🤝

I think you've hit the nail on the head about trust. I wasn't trying to imply it's there. Rather that it's gone. Six feet under. Headstone set and long mourned lol.

I really like Marc Horn (is he peacekeepers? ) but I was thinking of actually doing very surface level stuff tbh focusing quite narrowly on the bits that will likely help the majority and what they mean. Anyone wishing for more depth can then visit Marc's stuff.

Thank you Clare

Anyone who wishes to see how these bodies are in action should listen to the awful stories of Dr Anne McCloskey regarding the Medical Regulators and Lois Bayliss regarding the SRA. Both professionals of utmost integrity who stood for truth.

I am 81 and was a Solicitor for many years, but left the law 18 years ago as it no longer stood for what it should have stood for. Truth, justice and people first.

When the lockdowns were brought in, I was ashamed of the vast majority of Solicitors.

I do not doubt that many saw through the façade but did not have the courage to stand up and fight for freedom, except for a few of the likes of Clare and Lois.

I remained on the Roll so that I could do some good during that time.

I would be happy to come out unregulated, but I seem to have more and more Joe Biden moments lol.

Not on point, but I know we are heading to a dystopian future, and we no longer live in any semblance of a democracy in the UK.

The first past the post system is a mockery of democracy, where we now have a regime representing 20% of the electorate with full, unfettered power to pass any law that they decide and no real opposition.

With a young friend, I have started a petition demanding that a million citizens be able to demand a referendum to block bad laws, and there are some real anti-life ones coming into being, which the people have no say about.

The petition is https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/726955, and if you can sign it, I would be very grateful, as I can think of no other peaceful way to try to stop the current madness.

Thank you

Martin Godden

Thank you Martin. I will deffo take a look at the petition and sign and share around

I honestly don't think change will come from within the system but in all honesty I think it's going to collapse from mass withdrawal from it. We desperately need to start our own alternative systems as a, result. Might have to drag you out of retirement 😉

Maybe start a directory of unregulated lawyers in the same way the PHA has a directory of medical professionals who are not drug dealers for pharma?
